Privacy Policy

We don't collect your data

En Parlant~ is a desktop application that runs entirely on your computer. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, usage data, analytics, telemetry, or any other information about you or how you use the application.

What stays on your machine

• Your chess games, databases, and analysis
• Engine configurations and settings
• TTS preferences and API keys you provide
• All application data stored in your local app directory

None of this data is sent to us. It never leaves your computer unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., exporting a PGN file).

Third-party services

Some optional features connect to external services when you initiate them:

• Lichess API — if you import games or puzzles from Lichess, those requests go directly to lichess.org.
• TTS providers — if you configure ElevenLabs or Google Cloud TTS, move text is sent to those APIs using your own API keys. We never see your keys or the audio.
• Engine & database downloads — asset downloads are served from enparlant.redshed.ai (Cloudflare R2). Standard HTTP request logs may be kept by Cloudflare per their privacy policy, but we do not process or store them.
• Update checks — the app checks GitHub for new releases. This is a standard HTTPS request to GitHub's servers.

This website

This website (enparlant.redshed.ai) is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any form of user tracking. There are no ads.
